Deadly Duel

The energy cost for a move is the move number.
Each turn, both players regain a set amount of energy.
Defend, Quick Attack, and Heavy Attack win against each other in a rock-paper-scissors cycle.
Quick Attack wins against Defend with double damage.
Heavy Attack wins against Quick Attack, dealing full damage regardless of Quick power.
Defend wins against Heavy Attack, taking 0 damage while the enemy expends energy.
If both players Defend, no damage is dealt.
The same goes if both players Quick Attack, regardless of Quick Power.
If both players Heavy Attack, the higher attacker deals damage equal to the difference.
